Product Manager

We are looking for an experienced and impact-driven Product Manager to join our team and drive the creation and execution of the roadmap for one of our top revenue generating and critical products within our Identity and Fraud portfolio.

This role reports to the Director of Product Management and will work closely with other global and regional product managers, designers, engineers, and business stakeholders to support the strategic vision and execution of product initiatives from concept to launch.

This will be a perfect fit for a Product Manager who has deep expertise in market research, customer discovery, and stakeholder engagement to be able to identify impactful opportunities that will transform the trajectory of product experience for customers and users as well as driving innovation and customer delight.

This Product Manager should be enthusiastic, driven, and up to date on current business trends and latest technologies such as AI/ML. He/She should be able to clearly demonstrate prior experience in solving complex problems in large & global companies and highly matrixed organizations and building creative products and solutions that led to meaningful impact and business growth.

Responsibilities

· Market Research: Perform market research and competitive analysis to understand latest industry trends and dynamics, and consumer behavioral insights to identify potential product opportunities to inform product strategy and roadmaps.

· Product Discovery: Work closely with customers, partners, and end users to understand their use cases, workflows, requirements, and pain points and own the creation and execution of product roadmap and short and long-term initiatives.

· Product Development: Collaborate with other product managers, designers, and engineers to execute the product roadmap and launch new products and feature enhancements, aligning to the overall company strategy and product goals.

· Go-to-Market: Collaborate with regional product and marketing teams, customer success managers, sales, and account executives to ensure they are well equipped to launch and support new products and feature enhancements for customers.

· Data-driven Approach: Leverage both quantitative and qualitative data in all aspects of product management: prioritize right opportunities, analyze usage reports, evaluate business and technology choices and alternatives, allocate resources, run experiments, distill feedback, create launch/release cohorts etc.

· Growth Mindset: Be open to new ideas and suggestions and proactively improve capability/skillset to achieve personal development and professional growth.

· 5+ years of hands-on Product Management experience in mid-size to large organizations, preferably in highly matrixed org structures

· Experience working in data-heavy and regulated industries, preferably in FinTech

· Experience in building Platforms and APIs and managing external integrations

· Proven ability to derive customer and market insights for product decisions

· Ability to collaborate with senior leaders and global cross-functional teams

· Technical knowledge with previous experience working with engineers

· Experience using AI/ML to build native innovation or adoption within products

· Deep working experience in Agile development model (Scrum, Kanban)

· Growth Mindset and Optimistic attitude to drive org-wide alignment and impact
