Role Summary:

Our global People Technology and Analytics team is looking for an Specialist, People Technology to help drive our journey of evolving our digital landscape for managers and employees.

Here's what you'll be tasked with:

The successful applicant’s main role will be to support the day to day running including changes and issues across multiple HR systems such as Oracle eBusiness Suite, SmartRecruiters, and Cornerstone Learning. You will become part of a global team spread across five countries and will need to be flexible to move from working in one system to another to complete daily inquiries.

  • Experience in HR technology delivery and transformation change initiatives, in complex, global matrixed organisations
  • Familiar with Oracle EBS and various Cloud HR technology and ecosystem of products - Oracle, Cornerstone, SuccessFactors, SmartRecruiters, Applaud, Service Now
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to successfully navigate between global, regional HR teams, alongside Finance, and HRIT teams
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication and interpersonal skills, able to build effective relationships and working collaboratively with our global process owners and business stakeholders
  • Use initiative and take ownership of day-to-day activities, seeing these through to completion with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

Experience and Skills

More About You:

  • Strong knowledge of HR Technology systems and HR processes and payroll systems from a functional HR perspective.
  • Experience governing HR data and working with stakeholders to determine appropriate access to PII
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of multiple HR systems and interdependencies and functionality especially the Talent Acquisition Process and how it works in an Applicant Track System
  • Previous experience of delivering systems related changes & continuous improvement initiatives through a project lifecycle
  • Experience of supporting large scale system changes within Companies and / or in new countries.
  • Familiarity with GDPR (equivalent data privacy regimes) and how it applies to people technology 
  • Attention to detail, and a drive to be successful; ability to work independently with minimal supervision or assistance, as well as good team communication skills, with technical and non-technical colleagues
  • Experience writing detailed and clear procedures and documentation that are easy to follow
  • Strong work ethic and have a natural tendency to take ownership of incidents & requests.
