Role Summary:

We are looking for an Operations Assistant. You will perform audit checking of consent forms which are required for the purchase of credit reports and is a critical function of our business to ensure compliance. You will manage the adherence to stipulated turnaround times required for allocated segment and support process and system changes to improve efficiency and improve workflows.

 

What You'll Do:

  • Perform consent document verification with all the information required without error
  • Handle external emails / client communications, ensuring accurate responses
  • Follow-up with clients on rejected / outstanding consent documents promptly
  • Conduct the audit of monitoring reports
  • Any ad-hoc responsibilities requested by the line manager

Experience and Skills

More About You:

  • Diploma or degree in a relevant field of study.
  • Open for fresh graduate - 1 year of working experience in KYC/operation
  • Verify documents and ensure all required information is complete and error-free.
  • Comfortable handling emails and communicating with clients in a timely, respectful, and accurate manner.
