Role Summary:

The purpose of the Management Information Analyst is to provide critical and insightful MI reporting support to the Third-Party Risk Management & UKI Procurement teams to enable appropriate actions to be taken in reducing risk. This will include performance of ongoing monthly assurance reviews to identify non-compliance with policy and working collaboratively with key stakeholders to complete the required actions.

 

You will also support Global Digital Procurement by focusing on process automation, report building, and procurement system administration. These responsibilities are crucial for enhancing the efficiency of procurement operations. By streamlining processes and providing comprehensive reports, you will ensure that buyers from all five regions can perform their tasks more. Additionally, the administration of procurement systems will facilitate smoother operations and better resource management, contributing to the success of the procurement function.

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Monitoring and reporting against TPRM controls to measure compliance with Experian’s Third-Party Risk Management Policy, identifying any third parties that may be outside our risk appetite.
  • Producing dashboards to illustrate compliance levels, risks and trends at a regional and functional level
  • Develop and produce monthly reporting packages for regional steering group meetings.
  • Develop monthly reporting and quarterly deep dive reporting for UK&I exec RMC meetings.
  • Ensure all processes are documented and kept up to date, keeping TPRM ‘audit’ ready.
  • Run reporting in Power BI and PowerPoint to highlight TPRM team statistics – moving to Tableau following Procurement reporting.
  • Run monthly reconciliations for TPRM & UK&I Procurement as control points to identify any causes for concern.  Escalate any issues as required.
  • Responsible for collaboration of quarterly UK&I Procurement KPI’s.
  • Work with UK&I buyers/ internal stakeholders for ad-hoc data requests (e.g. spend/ risk information).
  • Develop process automations (such as in Power Automate) to drive efficiencies

Experience and Skills

More About You:

  • At least 2 years’ experience working in a comparable role, Power BI, Tableau and Power Automate experience is desirable
  • Can produce high quality reporting and to adjust tone & content for different audiences, using visual tools available
  • Ability to communicate openly and effectively in both written and verbal form at all levels
  • Comfortable working in global setting/stakeholders across the globe (not required to work on shift)
  • Self-management - able to work independently and as part of a team, leveraging team strengths
