We're looking for a Learning Experience Partner to join our Nottingham-based Operational Learning & Development team.

This is a hybrid role, with an expectation of 40% of your week on site. We are looking for flexibility to increase onsite attendance to deliver face to face learning and meet operational demands. The vendor partner team may also require occasional offshore travel to support them.

You will report into the L&D Manager and be a core part of the evolution of our learning model. We are moving away from traditional separations between learning design and delivery and promoting end-to-end ownership. The Learning Experience Partner creates seamless, and high impact learning experiences by managing the learner journey from design through delivery and continuous improvement.

  • You will lead the full learning lifecycle, from design and development through to delivery, evaluation, and iteration.
  • Ensure agreement between learning intent and delivery, creating a consistent learner experience.
  • Apply instructional design principles alongside facilitation to deliver high quality, engaging learning.
  • Use real-time delivery insight and learner feedback to refine content quickly, eliminating delays caused by traditional handovers.
  • Work with partners to develop learning solutions that meet operational needs while maintaining pace and quality.
  • Partner with the Zingtree Development Team to ensure learning, processes, and knowledge tools are aligned, creating a seamless experience for learners in live operations.
  • Support flexible and scalable learning delivery, adapting approaches to changing priorities and demand.
  • Demonstrate collaboration and communication, contributing positively to a shared team culture.
