Learning & Development Specialist

  1. Nottingham
  2. Sales & Business Development
  3. Permanent
  4. Hybrid
  5. Full Time

We're growing our learning culture and looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to help us level up how we onboard, upskill, and support our teams in GTM.

Reporting to the Sales and Client Enablement Manager, you'll design meaningful, blended learning experiences that are practical, measurable, and easy to adopt, with a particular focus on supporting our sales and commercial teams. You'll collaborate closely with leaders, SMEs, and People Partners to spot capability gaps, turn insights into programmes, and use data to show what's working. If you love turning complex topics into simple, engaging learning that sticks, you'll feel right at home here.

What you'll do:

  • Diagnose capability needs across customer-facing, enablement, and sales teams; translate insights into clear learning objectives and roadmaps.
  • Deliver facilitation (virtual and in-person) and coach leaders to strengthen learning on the job.
  • Partner on compliance and regulatory learning to keep content accurate, current, and engaging for learners in regulated roles.
  • Measure what matters: define success metrics up front, build simple dashboards, and iterate content based on adoption and outcomes.
  • Curate and refresh content (internal and external) so our catalogue stays relevant, inclusive, and aligned to role expectations.
  • Coordinate and manage learning events, webinars, and onboarding schedules for new hires and sales teams.
  • Support the creation and management of self-paced learning modules and internal knowledge pages.
