Junior Project Manager (Global Finance)

Role Summary:

The role of Finance Junior Project Manager is to broaden your knowledge of Global finance and systems supporting interesting and varied project within Global Finance Services (GFS). Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will support and coordinate to deliver the planning of your department projects and apply efficiencies, tools and enhancements to achieve departmental strategy and our goals.

 

  • Aware of project development methodology can monitor project phases to ensure that projects follow established methodology.
  • Monitor project status and produces exception reports to identify projects not observing schedule, scope or cost.
  • Communicate exceptions to management and parties responsible for the project. Adjust project workflow and schedules to facilitate priority projects.
  • Assist and sometimes lead presentations to management, process and status.
  • Participate and develop plans, work breakdown structures and resource assignments for projects that are subject to management approval.
  • Monitor project compliance with company standards and operating requirements for project implementation.
  • Schedule and facilitate project status meetings.
  • Manage projects following the documented CPMO standard methodology.
  • Work with relevant GFS and regional staff, country and regional stakeholders and other partners during the project

Experience and Skills

More About You:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 3+ 6 years of experience and knowledgeable in finance and accounting
  • Familiar in project management tools and methodologies
  • Knowledgeable in computer systems and processes
  • Fluency in English
