GTM Data Operations Lead

As the Data Operations Lead for our Growth Markets sales team, you will deliver automated, actionable insights to drive customer management and sales activity across our SME sales teams. Reporting into Head of Sales Operations, you will combine data from multiple sources using our proprietary data governance and management software and third-party tools.

 

You will build, product-by-product, a framework that allows the ingestion of product usage data combined with client sales data and data from other sources. and then create insight and triggers that you will convert to workflows to deliver increased account retention and upsell performance across our Growth Markets customer base.

 

Responsibilities:

  • System Integration: Effective system integration ensures that data from multiple sources can be combined, processed, and analysed to provide comprehensive outputs, enabling a unified view of business operations and informed decision-making. You will understand the impact of the data involved, including its quality, format, and relevance. It also includes designing and implementing a clear path to ingest data into a central data management platform.
  • Review data for errors, inconsistencies, and anomalies. Maintain high-quality data standards and document processes for transparency.
  • Data Analysis and Visualisation: Design charts, graphs, and dashboards that highlight key insights. Report sales performance to key stakeholders, ensuring they have a clear understanding of business metrics.
  • Identify and address issues within data processes. Diagnose data quality problems, develop strategies to resolve them, and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
  • Salesforce Reporting and Dashboards: Create and customise reports and dashboards within Salesforce to track key performance indicators and business metrics. This includes interrogating CRM information to uncover valuable insights about customer behaviour, sales trends, and opportunities for growth.

Experience and Skills

  • Proficiency with data management and automation software
  • Strong data operations experience
  • Use generative AI tools to build automation and workflow.
  • Experience in data analysis, visualisation, and management.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce/CRM reporting is important to understand the object relationships that will be used within Aperture
  • Experience with system integration and understanding of data impact.
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis tools and techniques.
  • Knowledge of data quality management practices.
