Join Experian's Global Corporate Strategy team as a Global Strategy Manager. You'll tackle high-impact business challenges, working in small, cross-functional teams to shape Experian's long-term growth. In this role, you'll analyze data, synthesize insights, and develop strategic recommendations for senior leaders. Your work will influence global initiatives, investment opportunities, and market positioning—helping Experian stay ahead in a dynamic, competitive landscape.

This is a remote position. You will report to the SVP of Strategy.

You'll have opportunity to:

  • Perform in-depth analyses of markets, competitors, channels, segmentation, and financial performance to produce actionable insights.
  • Identify and assess internal and external data sources to support strategic evaluations.
  • Collaborate with global partners across business, product, sales, technology, and finance to guide programs.
  • Develop recommendations that ensure growth and long-term business improvement.
  • Monitor emerging trends, market developments, and case studies to inform strategy.
  • Contribute to strategic execution of implementation plans.
  • Prepare market intelligence and strategy materials for senior leadership.
  • Build consensus among teams and influence decision-making at senior levels.

Experience and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
  • 4+ years of experience in strategy consulting or a comparable role (e.g., corporate strategy or technology-focused investment banking).
  • Experience with strategy formulation, complex problem-solving, due diligence, and financial/forecast modeling.
  • Modeling and presentation experience with success creating impactful deliverables.
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing workstreams within larger programs..
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally (approximately 25% or less).Ability to travel domestically and internationally (est. 25% or less).

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related experience, and education. You will be also eligible for a variable pay opportunity.
