Descripción general del área:
El área de Large Account, segmento estratégico tiene la responsabilidad principal de identificar y cultivar oportunidades de expansión para la compañía, enfocándose en la prospección de clientes con alto potencial. Su misión es clara: impulsar el crecimiento sostenido de los ingresos mediante la exploración activa de nuevos mercados, segmentos de clientes y avenidas de negocio estratégicas.
Este equipo opera en estrecha colaboración con departamentos clave como Marketing, Ventas y Desarrollo de Producto, garantizando la ejecución eficaz de las estrategias comerciales.
Adicionalmente, el área Comercial se encarga de establecer y fortalecer relaciones estratégicas con entidades del sector privado. El objetivo es concretar negocios de alto impacto y forjar alianzas que propulsen la expansión de la empresa. Su contribución es crucial para la diversificación de la cartera de clientes y el posicionamiento en sectores estratégicos.
Propósito del cargo:
Capacidad para identificar y cerrar nuevas oportunidades de negocio (hunter) y para mantener y hacer crecer las relaciones con clientes existentes estratégicos cumpliendo el presupuesto asignado y cumplimiento de portafolio senior.
Fomentar el crecimiento de la compañía a través de la identificación, desarrollo y maximización de oportunidades de negocio con clientes clave y prospectos de alto valor.

1. Proyección del mes y del año según presupuesto asignado
2. Vinculaciones
3. Proyectos de implementación
4. Actualización de cliente
5. Planes de cuenta de clientes
6. Reporte de información nuevos clientes
7. Colocación de productos de innovación
8. Gestión de cartera de los clientes
9. Colocación de plataformas
Responsabilidades del cargo:
· Liderar su territorio, administra la relación, las oportunidades, los eventos relevantes, la información estratégica, y cualquier otro insumo que facilite el posicionamiento de la compañía.
· Lidera capacitaciones donde a través de técnicas consultivas- vincula necesidades de negocio con casos de uso.
· Identifica razones apremiantes por las que el cliente debe actuar con un alto sentido de urgencia para invertir en una solución como la ofertada.
· Cuenta con una visión panorámica del mercado que utiliza para elaborar planes de priorización basados en potencial por industria, historial de inversión en servicios y afinidad con el portafolio de soluciones.
· Entiende la cadena de valor del cliente, sus principales diferenciadores en el mercado; así como los retos estratégicos incluyendo el comportamiento de sus competidores.
· Desarrolla relaciones de negocios con tomadores de decisiones más allá del departamento encargado.
· Construye propuestas de alto valor que incluyan casos de éxito, necesidades de la industria y conocimiento técnico del equipo.
· Aplica la metodología de venta de soluciones propietaria de la compañía para impulsar el desarrollo de sus oportunidades.

Educación: Ingeniero Industrial, Administrador de empresas, comunicador social, financiero.
Experiencia: Manejo de clientes de todo nivel en diferentes sectores de la economía, grandes empresas, financiero, Fintech, cooperativo y Servicios, con mínimo 4 años de experiencia en manejo de estos. Experiencia mínima de 4 años en ventas B2B, preferiblemente en el sector servicios y ventas consultivas.
Conocimientos técnicos requeridos: Excel, Power Point, y manejo de CRM, Bizagi, Salesforce
Idiomas: Inglés Básico (no excluyente)

- Habilidades para identificar de manera asertiva las necesidades de los clientes, generando nuevas oportunidades y cierre de negocios nuevos. (Buen manejo de objeciones).
- Habilidades para el mantenimiento, gestión y crecimiento de cuentas entregadas en el portafolio.
- Excelente relacionamiento, crear y mantener relaciones con los clientes a largo plazo. (Cliente Externo y Cliente interno)
- Habilidades de comunicación (Verbal y No verbal).
- Buena capacidad para argumentar y convencer.
- Alta capacidad de negociación, enfoque estratégico.
- Orientación al cliente y enfoque en la satisfacción de este.
