Finance Intern

We are looking for a Finance Intern to join our dynamic team and gain hands-on experience in financial reporting. This is a full-time position on a 12-month contract reporting to the Finance Manager.

What you'll do:

  • Support the FP&A team in the preparation of month-end, forecasting and budgeting.
  • Unification and standardization of reports delivered to team members.
  • Work within and support the framework of policies, procedures and standards.
  • Support in the development and control of Experian's annual operating budget to ensure that all financial targets are met and that financial and statutory obligation are complied with.
  • Develop and facilitate business relationships, internally with other Finance staff, Finance Leadership and the wider business and externally with customers, suppliers and external audit

Experience and Skills

What you'll bring:

  • A third or fourth-year Bachelor student in Finance, Financial Management, or Accounting.
  • Theoretical knowledge of business planning techniques and tools, including strategic planning, annual budgeting, and regular forecasting.
  • Experience communicating analytical findings for a range of different audiences with the ability to manage partners across diverse groups and different countries.
  • A team player
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Availability to work on a full-time role for a duration of 12 months
