ESM Program Operations Analyst - Remote

You will support the execution and optimization of operational processes for Experian Consumer Services programs. This includes assisting with the launch and maintenance of financial services products, supporting operational partners, and contributing to process improvements with a focus on data, coordination, and compliance. You will report to the Head of Ops.

 

What you'll be doing:

  • Coordinate operational activities across financial services programs.
  • Track and report performance using KPIs and SLAs.
  • Analyze operational data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution.
  • Support documentation and enhancement of operational workflows.
  • Contribute to process improvements and manage small projects with growth potential.

Experience and Skills

  • 1–3 years of experience in operations, project coordination, business analysis, or a related field—open to varied backgrounds and transferable skills.
  • Organizational and analytical abilities, with comfort using tools like Excel, Tableau, SQL, or similar platforms.
  • Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in active environments.
  • Proactive and curious mindset, with a passion for identifying opportunities and solving challenges collaboratively.
  • Interest or experience in financial services, FinTech, or consumer products—we welcome enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
  • Collaborative team contributor, committed to integrity, continuous growth, and driving positive change.
