Digital Operation Associate

What you'll do :

1. Digital Campaign Management:

• Plan, implement, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as social media, email, and web.
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to ensure campaigns align with business goal, brand goals and target audiences.
• Involved in events, campaigns and roadshow as in when needed

2. Data Analysis & Reporting:

• Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and other analytics platforms.
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve performance and ROI.

3. Operational Support:

• Maintain digital assets, including websites, landing pages, and content management systems (CMS).
• Manage the execution of digital workflows, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy of content.

4. Technical Oversight:

• Work with IT and development teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to digital platforms.
• Ensure all digital tools and platforms are operational, secure, and up-to-date.

5. Vendor and Stakeholder Management:

• Collaborate with external vendors for digital services such as SEO, SEM, and digital advertising.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align digital strategies with our goals

6. Process Optimization:

• Identify improvements in digital workflows to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies to recommend solutions.

More about you:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
• 2+ years - 5 years of experience in digital operations, digital marketing, or a related role.
• Proficiency in digital tools such as Google Analytics, CMS platforms, email marketing software, and project management tools.
• Excellent communication, energetic, always find different ways to navigate to get things done
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Good to have:

• Experience with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or other web technologies.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation platforms.
