Lead analytical projects from solution design and data integrity evaluation through solution development, documentation, and implementation; Collaborate with internal and external partners to determine the appropriate analysis parameters and performance measures to be applied as well as requirements for decision tools and strategy implementation and monitoring; Understand the analytic needs of the mortgage and rental industry through interactions with clients, partners, and internal constituencies; Communicate with and deliver presentations to end users on analysis results; Produce implementation plans and participate in model governance and testing to support the implementation of statistical models and other decision tools; Support field sales force and marketing organization by providing analytical expertise; Support the development of new analytical and data products and services, and the enhancement of current processes and offerings; Evaluate new data sources identifying the most appropriate machine learning/deep learning/data mining/text mining techniques to uncover the value of the data; Develops dashboards and reports, leveraging data visualization and other tools; Efficiently manage his/her own project queue and develop streamlined workflows with cross-functional teams. Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a Data Science Analyst Senior-related occupation. In lieu of a Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a Data Science Analyst Senior-related occupation, employer will accept a Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field. Position requires experience in the following:

1. Experience with data querying languages (e.g. SQL), scripting languages (e.g. Python, PySpark, Java, Scala etc.), and statistical/mathematical programming languages (e.g. R, SAS)
2. Experience in cloud-based development environment and automation tools such as AWS, Hadoop, Azure, Airflow etc.
3. Experience with data visualization and dashboarding tools such as Tableau, QuickSight etc.
4. Experience with statistical analysis, applying various machine learning techniques, predictive modeling, and data mining to interpret data and solve business problems.
5. Experience communicating ideas and analysis results effectively both verbally and in writing to both a technical and non-technical audience
