We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analyst with strong technical expertise, business acumen, and a proactive approach to scale our data ingestion capabilities while maintaining data quality. 

What you’ll be doing

  • Execute tasks assigned via the Data Services ticketing system, ensuring SLA adherence and process compliance
  • Follow established processes to ensure consistent execution across tasks
  • Resolve data import errors by identifying and correcting issues, handling missing values, and removing inconsistencies in datasets
  • Troubleshoot and prioritize data issues flagged by client-facing teams by analyzing end-to-end data flows across various products
  • Maintain and support data ingestion tools and automation scripts.
  • Convert, manipulate and prepare large volumes of data for ingestion using excel
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction with customer service, technical and consultative skills, and acquired knowledge of the work product.

Experience and Skills

  • A bachelor's degree in quantitative fields like Computer science, Economics, or Information management 
  • 2+ years of experience in databases or application support.
  • Proficiency in data manipulations and validation techniques.
  • Experience with data cleansing methods such as removing duplicates, handling errors, and transforming data.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills using excel or SQL.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
