Data Management Analyst I

We're looking for a Data Analyst II who loves turning data into meaningful insights that help drive smart business decisions. In this role, you'll work on advanced data analysis, build clear and useful reports, and share actionable recommendations with our teams. You'll also help manage data ingestion processes, making sure information from different sources flows into our systems accurately and securely. You will report to the Data Development Director.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and validate data from different sources to make sure it's accurate and ready for analysis.
  • Manage data workflows, including extracting, transforming, and loading (ETL) data into our systems.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that make data easy to understand.
  • Analyze data to spot trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Write and optimize SQL queries to help extract and transform data efficiently.
  • Work closely with business teams to understand their needs and deliver clear, data-driven solutions.

Experience and Skills

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis or a similar role.
  • Strong skills in SQL and relational databases.
  • Experience with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.
  • Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis and manipulation.
  • Familiarity with ETL processes and data ingestion workflows.
  • Great communication skills to explain insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
