Role and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily Services & Billing and TPP operations, to ensure execution, target and timelines are met.
  • Monitor requests to ensure we are working to our SLAs and prioritise tasks accordingly
  • Regular calls with stakeholders to resolve outstanding actions and feedback
  • Analyse and interpret requirements to ensure correct actions are met and investigate queries through to resolution and fix the cause
  • Manage the TPP centralization project to move activities to India and continue to work with Project team to enhance working model
  • Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities, initiate actions or projects for continuous improvement
  • Develop long term touchless solutions through analysis of the data and process automation Data Automation Hub Lead
  • Daily management of the team which includes regular 1-2-1's, coaching sessions, monitor of absence following the attendance policy, identify poor performance and work with you to improve this, following the PFG process
  • Plan resource throughout the month to ensure team are working towards monthly and quarter end deadlines
  • Ensure staff are motivated, communicated to and engaged with the values of the GFS • Update process documentation
  • Actively and regularly communicate with line manager any risks to the process and/or the team, plan and follow up on actions towards remediation/solution

Some of the operational activities this team support includes:

Service & Billing Operations :

  • Opening new accounts and branches
  • Applying pricing and fees to customers account schedules
  • Checking documentation is complete, quality checking credit notes and manual invoices that have been keyed and approving them in the system
  • Investigating and fixing the cause of credit notes
  • Actioning account amendments to pricing, customer name/address/branch whilst always ensuring relevant documentation is available
  • Checking expired DPR licenses to ensure customers have renewed these and updating our system accordingly
  • Ensure all audit and compliance requirements are followed

TPP Operations:

  • Daily upload invoices to customer portal
  • Update TPP Dashboard on invoice upload status & commentary on reason of any fail upload
  • Work with partner to onboarding new customer portal setup
  • Communicate with multiple stakeholder request and questions
  • Automation project on bulk upload

Experience and Skills

  • 6+ years of total experience required
  • Experience in Fin-Tech background
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • process improvement and transformation
  • Stakeholder & team management
  • You will be reporting to a Senior Manager or Director
