What you'll be doing

Leverage data from the warehouse to uncover insights into user behavior and identify opportunities to boost product engagement. Maintain and adapt Tableau dashboards to evolving business needs. Analyze member activity—including engagement, acquisition, retention, and revenue—to inform strategic decisions. Conduct ongoing product and marketing performance analyses, using tools to track customer journeys and improve user experience. Collaborate with BI and Engineering to resolve data issues and ensure data quality. Present applicable insights to team members to guide business strategy and investments.

Experian Consumer Services is looking for a Data Analyst II to guide user behavior reporting and deliver applicable insights across teams. This hands-on role involves translating our needs into data questions, writing complex SQL queries, and building reports and dashboards. You'll focus on product analytics, user engagement, and performance trends, collaborating with Product, Marketing, UX, and Tech teams.

Experience and Skills

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of professional experience in analytical/statistics focused position from an internet environment.
  • Knowledge of relational database theory and proficient in writing and understanding complex SQL code.
  • Experience with Business Intelligence tools (Tableau, Alteryx) and real time dashboard development.
  • Will understand data, combining large volumes of data and complex questions into clear analyses and applicable findings using quantitative reasoning.
  • Analytical thinker with the capacity to provide insight into online behaviors, activities and identify opportunities to increase the online experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in quantitative discipline, e.g. Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or related field.
