Customer Service Advisor - Background Checking

We are currently recruiting for a crucial Customer Service position within our Background Checking team, based out of our Nottingham office. This is a great opportunity to be part of an integral team within Experian and to advance both your customer service and administration skills, as well as starting on a career path that offers fantastic career progression and learning opportunities.

You will be responsible for conducting a number of the component parts of the employment screening process, which will allow you to build your confidence and understanding of multiple screening processes, such as criminal record checks, DVLA and International checks. Working closely with your team, you will blend together a natural ability for problem solving and a keen eye for detail and making accurate decisions.

  • Full Time

  • All roles will begin with initial 3 weeks training in the office each day 9-5pm.

  • Following the 3 weeks of training in the office, this will move to a hybrid working model with 2 days per week in the office 

  • Working hours Monday-Friday 9-5pm

Experience and Skills

You will ideally have a strong track record of excellent customer service skills, which you will combine with outstanding communication skills to support our clients and customers throughout their employment screening journey.
