Support Experian Consumer Services and Partner Solutions by negotiating and managing vendor contracts, including MSAs, SaaS, NDAs, and marketing agreements. Collaborate with internal teams (finance, legal, tech, security) to ensure contracts meet business and compliance needs. Maintain contract records, oversee approval workflows, and provide training on contract tools (e.g., JIRA). Guide communication between vendors and Experian. You will report to the contracts specialist lead.

  • High level of comfort in a corporate environment comprised of numerous teams with diverse needs.
  • Demonstrated interest in the tech arena and desire to understand and embrace technology evolutions (including the use of AI tools and social media influencers and platforms)
  • Digest complex information and make good, informed decisions
  • Draft a substantive email in five sentences or less for an executive-level audience
  • Ability to present information in short, concise forms – including via excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) and PowerPoint
  • Build and maintain relationships with Experian internal stakeholders and vendors
  • Address vendor issues and disputes
  • Experience working within a technology company or other large company desired
  • Concisely, timely and effectively engaging with executive leaders with certain arrangements and questions as needed (including C-level Executives and Business Unit Presidents)

Experience and Skills

Qualifications

  • BA Required; paralegal certification or legal team experience.
  • 3 to 5+ years plus of experience of contracts related experience working with large financial institutions, telecoms, utilities, fintech, and other types of business clients, in a corporate or other environment Experience with regulatory schemes (GLBA, HIPAA, etc.)
  • Experience with contract administration concepts, including their practical application in a business environment (including finance)
  • Knowledge with basic procurement processes (e.g. RFPs, RFIs, purchase requisitions/purchase orders, benchmarking, reviewing invoices against contract documents)
  • Track and manage all aspects of vendor contracts from creation to expiration; ensuring that vendors are meeting their contractual obligations; handle simple contract amendments, renewals, and terminations
  • Draft summaries and tracking documents, completely, including "novel" non-templated language
