Job description

 

The role will ensure end to end bank and IGA transactions are performed timely and accurately. To ensure monthly cash management sub-ledger close and other reporting occurs timely and with no significant errors or omissions.  Manage the account reconciliation process so that bank and IGA reconciliations is timely and accurate.

Experience and Skills

Qualifications

  • • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent work experience is required.
  • • Experience in a Shared Service Center is a plus.
  • • Sound knowledge of accounting fundamentals and ability to identify risk areas in reviews required and action upon, else escalate to manager
  • • Good communicator, confident in interacting with all levels of individuals across a variety of internal functions (remote or on site) with excellent interpersonal skill to build relationships with a range of stakeholders
  • • Ability to effectively manage time and resources against agreed deadlines, with ability to work independently
  • • Accept the odd working hours especially during month end close as this role cover APAC & UK/EMEA, US 3C Latam regions
