The pre-sales representative has one of the most important roles in our company, being the first touch to our potential customers. Our program is committed to training and developing with a solid foundation to allow you to be successful in future roles at Experian.

Working in a team environment with sales and marketing, you qualify inbound leads generated by our marketing campaigns. You'll be in important part of helping we build a pipeline of qualified opportunities and grow its revenue.

Experience and Skills

  • High school diploma
  • 2+ years customer service and and sales experience
  • Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects (English & Spanish)
  • 2+ years of customer service and sales experience with B2B clients

This is a permanent remote home-based role in Costa Rica. No relocation available.
