Business Analyst Senior

This position is for a professional who has experience working on "batch" consumer-related credit bureau projects involving prescreen, account review, and archive related products and processes. Responsibilities will include assessing client requirements, consulting industry best practices, offering creative solutions, and positioning company products and solutions. You will include being the primary technical liaison for the client, applying advanced skills in area of specialization to solve different difficult problems, and identifying project or process efficiencies.

You will create programs from initial high-level concept review through implementation including phases such as planning, business analysis, requirements definition, design and implementation. Also, will ensure each project completion is following FCRA laws and regulations and following company business and compliance rules.

To be successful, you must build, and use partnerships across multiple departments to configure solutions that grow client engagement and promote internal cooperation. You can work with multiple levels of management and resolve conflict by building agreement through thoughtful discussions with leadership.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical consultation and expertise in the design and implementation of client programs.

2. Be a primary technical liaison for the client, sales teams and other internal personnel in pre-sales consulting and project execution.

3. Assesses client requirements, positions company products and solutions. Identify new business opportunities and shares information with internal and external clients.

4. Identifies project and process issues and implements solutions to ensure adherence to deadlines and specifications. Recommend systemic modifications to improve processing efficiency.

5. Support other team members by reviewing programs and documentation and making technical adjustments.

6. May mentor new team members. Advise other team members regarding complicated project issues.

7. Work on problems of diverse scope. Use generally defined practices to obtain solutions.

9. Apply advanced skills in area of specialization to solve many difficult problems. Tasks and tasks are varied and moderately complex.

10. Critiques customer specifications. Develop project plans including program flows

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• 5+ years related credit bureau experience.

• Clear understanding of FCRA laws, regulations, and related acts.

• Familiar with Prescreen, Account Review, Archive, Firm Offer of Credit, FCRA, Portfolio Scoring, Credit Attributes, Batch Credit Processing, Model Validation.
