Summary

As AR Supervisor, you will manage a high-performing team, encouraging engagement and agreement on our goals. You will lead operational processes including month-end close, country-specific activities (Panama, Chile, Peru), and partner meetings with Sales and Finance. You will manage Indicators, cash forecasting, and budget support, ensuring reporting across regions. You will prepare advanced Excel reports, maintain historical data, and oversee policy updates and compliance. Additionally, you will approve special requests (refunds, payment agreements, merma exceptions) and ensure continuity of important processes using Bizagi and other tools. You will report to the Accounts Receivable Manager / Regional Finance Lead.

  • Team Leadership & Partner Management: Lead an AR team, promote engagement through regular check-ins and development planning, and serve as an important contact for Sales, Finance, Compliance, and Treasury.
  • Operational Oversight: Manage month-end close activities (risk rating, Oracle closures, regional meetings), and oversee country-specific processes in Panama, Chile, and Peru.
  • Indicator & Reporting Management: Calculate monthly Indicators (incentives, top performers), ensure delivery of reports (cash forecasting, debt, write-offs), and prioritize top accounts for collection.
  • Forecasting & Budgeting: Lead country-level cash forecast calculations with Treasury, review targets, and support budget planning and variance analysis.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Evaluate advanced Excel reports (including macros), maintain historical data, and ensure accuracy across regional deliverables.
  • Policy, Compliance & Approvals: Update Collections Policy, manage collection agencies in Colombia and Peru, and approve special requests such as refunds, payment agreements, and merma exceptions.

Experience and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing AR teams, with the ability to support engagement and lead meetings.
  • Expertise in cash forecasting, budget management, and Indicator tracking, with hands-on experience in calculation and analysis.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including macros and data analytics for reporting and performance tracking.
  • Proficiency in Oracle and other ERP systems, with the ability to adapt to regional processes across multiple countries.
  • Excellent partner management, with fluency in English required for frequent interaction with regional and global teams.
