Summary

As an Accounts Receivable Analyst, you will support the Admin team by managing client communications, resolving past due balances, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure and accurate account resolution. You will report directly to the Billing Supervisor and help deliver high-quality, client-focused support.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound client phone calls and email inquiries.
  • Document and communicate solutions to internal and external clients quickly and accurately.
  • Promote communication between customers and collectors, ensuring responses to inquiries.
  • Ability to work effectively within a diverse team and to communicate with others is crucial.

Experience and Skills

  • High School Diploma and 1–2 years of call center customer support experience required; prior experience in Collections or Billing as an ideal.
  • Advanced English proficiency (verbal and written).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; Oracle experience as an ideal.
