El Account Executive es responsable de impulsar el crecimiento orgánico de los servicios del buró y ampliar la cartera de clientes mediante soluciones innovadoras, asegurando la alineación con la estrategia regional y los objetivos de ingresos anuales. Este rol requiere construir relaciones sólidas con clientes, identificar oportunidades de negocio y garantizar la excelencia operativa en todos los procesos comerciales. Además, debe liderar la implementación de estrategias comerciales que contribuyan a la satisfacción del cliente y al desarrollo continuo del equipo.
Responsabilidades
- Cumplir y superar las metas de ingresos mensuales y anuales asignadas a la cartera.
- Desarrollar relaciones estratégicas con clientes, identificando oportunidades de up-selling y cross-selling.
- Ejecutar account planning, presentando análisis de cartera y reportes de oportunidades.
- Garantizar la puntualidad y precisión en la actualización de contratos y procesos administrativos.
- Liderar la implementación de estrategias comerciales innovadoras en colaboración con equipos regionales y locales.

- Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en gestión comercial de clientes corporativos, preferiblemente en ventas consultivas y cumplimiento de metas.
- Experiencia previa desarrollando relaciones estratégicas con clientes y ejecutando account planning.
- Manejo comprobado de herramientas digitales y CRM para la gestión de oportunidades y reportes.
- Habilidades destacadas en negociación y comunicación efectiva con clientes de alto nivel.
- Orientación a resultados, puntualidad y ética profesional como valores fundamentales.
