Strategic Partnerships Manager

We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Strategic Partnerships Manager to lead our partner engagement efforts and ensure full compliance with internal policies and external regulations. This role is responsible for managing key partnerships, overseeing contract negotiations, and ensuring data compliance in alignment with Experian’s standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and maintain strong, long-term relationships with strategic partners.
  • Identify and secure new strategic partnerships to expand Experian’s partner ecosystem and market reach.
  • Drive revenue and EBIT growth through effective management and optimization of partner performance.
  • Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including negotiation, execution, and renewal.
  • Support the development and execution of B2C branding initiatives to strengthen Experian’s market presence, enhance consumer trust, and drive brand engagement.
  • Ensure all partnership activities comply with Experian’s data protection, privacy, and compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with legal, procurement, and data governance teams to ensure regulatory alignment.
  • Monitor and report on partnership performance, risks, and compliance metrics.
  • Support internal and external audits related to partnership agreements and data handling.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance partnership governance and compliance.

Experience and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Compliance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in partnership management, contract negotiation, or compliance roles.
  • Strong knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR) and corporate compliance frameworks.
  • Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
