Experian is looking for a motivated Solutions Engineer experienced in both technology transformation and relationship building. You will work with clients, sales, and internal teams to develop scalable solutions that meet client needs and drive new revenue through the Bureau Composer platform. Key responsibilities include delivering pre-configured or custom solutions and providing post-implementation support.

You will demonstrate a commitment to collaborating with clients from diverse industries to address their unique challenges. You will continuously refine your technical and program management skills while pursuing further development, enabling you to contribute effectively to discussions regarding technical architecture.

In this role as a Solutions Engineer, you'll take charge of the technical aspects during post-sales projects. We're seeking someone with relevant experience who can turn business needs into effective technical solutions by utilizing current cloud infrastructure and platform design. This position is fully remote, and you will report directly to the Solution Engineering Manager.

You'll have opportunity to:

  • Document and analyze client requirements and contribute to end-to-end solutions encompassing cloud infrastructure, microservices, data integration, and security.
  • Lead requirements sessions.
  • Responsible for developing solution implementation plans, coordinating teams—including project managers, developers, QA, and DevOps—and ensuring compliance with best practices.
  • Conduct technical presentations, demonstrations, and workshops for executives and technical partners.
  • Provide ongoing technical support during deployment, integration, and troubleshooting phases.

Experience and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field from an accredited U.S. institution or foreign equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of full-time professional experience in solutions engineering, systems architecture, or a related discipline.
  • The ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Working knowledge of security practices, including identity and access management, and awareness of compliance standards (e.g. FCRA, FACTA).
  • Translate business requirements into technical designs.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience, and education. You will be also eligible for a variable pay opportunity.
