Senior Test Analyst

Job description:

As a Senior Test Analyst in the Client Delivery team, you will help ensure high-quality outcomes across client-facing solutions. You will define test scope, driving test coverage, and ensuring efficient execution aligned with delivery timelines. We are looking for a understanding of Agile and DevOps practices, applied within a business services and client delivery context. Within this role you'll help to develop future test strategy, make sure the testing coverage and automation as part of a dynamic change program working with Senior Engineers.

Important Responsibilities:

• Focus on an Automation first approach and integration with Modern DevOps practises.
• Provide leadership and technical expertise within functional and non-functional Test Automation and Testing.
• Develop, and review test scripts to ensure comprehensive coverage and agreement on our requirements.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to manage defects and facilitate defect evaluation sessions.
• Work with product owners and scrum master's to determine acceptance criteria for testing.
• Document and Track test artifacts inappropriate applications – Jira, source-code control (test automation scripts)
• Document and present test results back to partners or product owners.
• Be an advocate of Quality Assurance, Continuous Improvement and Best Practices.

Who we're looking for:

• Experience of building, implementing, and directing quality assurance principles across teams to deliver quality outcomes.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and experience working in teams
• Hands-on experience with tools such as SOAP UI, Postman, Cucumber/Gherkin, Selenium, and performance testing with Apache JMeter
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Git, Jenkins, Bitbucket, AWS, and GenAI-based testing accelerators
• Someone who is enthusiastic.
• Have technical skills, both functional and non-functional, manual and automation, in a continuous delivery environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB, Certified Agile Tester).
