Senior Solutions Analyst

What you will do:

• Follow Software Delivery Lifecycle (SDLC) process.
• Attend and contribute to or lead design and review process as appropriate with guidance, supervision from Product Consultancy
• Supervise, where required, the people responsible for the delivery effort by taking the lead in specific projects/support activity.
• Act as a mentor to project team members, guiding Analysts and Solution Analysts.
• Supervise the creation of comprehensive test plan as well as lead its the execution
• Support the Project Delivery by carrying out elements of software configuration, and testing to develop Decision Analytics solutions.
• Support with client workshops and eliciting relevant solution requirements.
• Produce required project documentation, to both internal and external parties.
• Review and edit requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution.
• Test software against specification to ensure the product operates as specified.
• Identify potential problems in the end-to-end process and take ownership for the resolution including escalation and follow-up after analysis and execution of well-defined tests.
• Support project manager in assessing and organizing project workload to meet project commitments within agreed schedules, including own workload and that of others.
• Work in an Agile and Waterfall methodology.

You will report into the Client Delivery Manager.

What you will bring:

• University degree or equivalent standard with a high numeric or IT content
• Typically requires 5 years related experience
• Fluency in spoken and written English
• Experience with SQL.
• Understanding of relevant technologies required for EDA solutions delivery.
• Understanding of the capabilities of the EDA product range and ability to assist clients in implementing and testing new solutions.
• Experience of software solution design and configuration.
• Experience with the use of Experian software configuration tools and general purpose IT packages and of delivering several complex software solutions across more than one industry will be considered an advantage
