We are looking for a 12-month fixed term contract Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join our dynamic ANZ business. You will partner with several diverse business teams in our Australia and New Zealand business. This is a great opportunity for a motivated HR practitioner to partner with senior leaders to deliver an influential people plan in a diverse and growing market.

 

If you have supported leaders across the full spectrum of HR disciplines (talent, culture and engagement, performance management, organisation development, reward and performance management, generalist operational HR requirements) then this role will be perfect for you.

  • The confidence of a HR Professional who uses their working relationships to advise, influence and challenge partners to deliver their people plan, following the strategy.
  • Creative flair and an eye for continuous improvement and in identifying opportunities to improve processes.
  • A passion for impacting business performance through improving employee engagement.

What you'll be doing- Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer

  • Strategic HR Business Partnering for up to four senior leaders across a diverse range of portfolios.
  • Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support our goals.
  • Provide expert guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.
  • Lead change management programs, ensuring smooth transitions and employee engagement.
  • Coach managers on performance management, employee relations, and leadership development.
  • Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (CoEs) in areas such as Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Reward & Benefits.
  • Promote diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEIB) initiatives across the business.
  • Maintain a customer focus to ensure speed of response and customer service to general employee HR enquiries, and provide guidance, direction and advice on multiple HR related matters.

Experience and Skills

More about you

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a business partner or strategic HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of local employment law and HR best practices.
