Senior Full Stack Engineer – GraphQL

About the role

We’re seeking a skilled and motivated Full Stack Engineer to join our platform team in Hyderabad. This role will focus on building a robust Server-Driven UI (SDUI) framework that powers dynamic, cross-platform experiences across our Web, iOS, and Android applications. You’ll collaborate with global teams to design scalable GraphQL APIs and backend services that enable flexible UI delivery and rapid iteration.

Responsibilities in this role include:

• Architect and implement GraphQL APIs to serve dynamic UI schemas and content.
• Build backend services and tooling to support SDUI across multiple platforms.
• Partner with mobile and web engineers to ensure seamless integration and rendering of server-driven components.
• Define and evolve schema models and metadata for dynamic UI rendering.
• Optimize backend performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Contribute to technical strategy and architectural decisions for platform-wide UI delivery.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
• Participate in code reviews, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Coach, support, and inspire software engineers on the team, with a strong focus on feedback and growth

• 5 to 7 years of experience in full stack or backend engineering roles.
• Strong expertise in GraphQL, including schema design, resolver logic, and performance tuning.
• Proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, or similar backend technologies.
• Hands-on understanding of technologies like Kafka, DynamoDB, Lambda, Kinesis, and microservices.
• Familiarity with mobile and web UI frameworks (e.g., React, SwiftUI, Jetpack Compose).
• Understanding of Server-Driven UI concepts and dynamic rendering strategies.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative leadership style.

Bonus Skills

• ·Experience with design systems, component libraries, or platform engineering.
• Active collaboration in open-source communities
• Previous Mobile (web and/or native) development experience a plus
• Financial Services experience is a plus
