  • Strategic Partnership Management: Cultivate and manage bi-directional relationships within both Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) and Experian Partner Solutions (EPS) sectors, including key strategic partners, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.​  Create robust partnership pipeline and develop framework for assessing and prioritizing value within the business.  
  • Partner Negotiation and Execution: Oversee the negotiation and administration of strategic partnership contracts related to EPS, ensuring favorable terms and compliance with company policies.​  Lead cross-functional teams in support of partner execution and build transition plans for management. 

  • Strategic Planning Oversight: Lead the development, execution, and refinement of comprehensive strategic plans, ensuring they align with the company's long-term goals and adapt to evolving market conditions.​ 

  • Market Intelligence and Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to provide insights on Total Addressable Market (TAM), competitive landscape, and industry trends, to inform EPS product strategy and sales enablement. 

  • Mergers and Acquisitions Support: Provide strategic input and analysis for potential acquisitions and investment opportunities within the Experian Partner Solutions (ECS) division, contributing to informed decision-making processes.​ 

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, finance, and legal teams to ensure cohesive strategy implementation and operational excellence across departments.​

Experience and Skills

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related discipline; MBA or equivalent advanced degree strongly preferred. 
  • Relevant Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategy, corporate development, or management consulting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role influencing business-wide initiatives. 

  • Strategic and Commercial Acumen: Deep experience developing strategic plans, managing complex partnerships, and negotiating contracts in a B2B or technology-driven environment. 

  • Analytical Expertise: Strong ability to synthesize market data, TAM analysis, and competitive intelligence into compelling strategic recommendations. 

  • M&A and Investment Insight: Demonstrated involvement in evaluating and supporting acquisitions or investments, ideally within consumer or partner-oriented businesses. 

  • Communication and Influence: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment across business units.
