Program & Project Delivery

  • Lead planning, execution, and governance of key projects within the GDC transformation roadmap.
  • Build and manage project plans, schedules, deliverables, dependencies, and cross-functional alignment.
  • Facilitate PMO operating rhythms including program reviews, steering meetings, and executive updates.
  • Ensure transformation initiatives meet defined scope, timelines, and business outcomes.

Stakeholder & Governance Management

  • Partner closely with business leads, capability owners, GDC leadership, and functional teams (e.g., HR, Finance, Technology).
  • Coordinate decision-making with senior leaders; prepare briefing materials and executive presentations.
  • Drive clarity of roles, responsibilities, and interdependencies across transformation workstreams.

Performance Tracking & Insights

  • Establish KPIs, milestones, and success metrics for transformation initiatives.
  • Monitor project health; manage RAID logs; drive resolution of risks, issues, and blockers.
  • Prepare dashboards, status updates, and insights for leadership, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Change Management & Adoption

  • Support communication strategies, stakeholder engagement, and organizational readiness activities.
  • Facilitate adoption of new processes, capabilities, and delivery models across the GDC.
  • Collaborate with change, training, and communication teams to drive smooth transitions.

Process & Operational Excellence

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned to GDC strategic priorities.
  • Standardize PM tools, templates, and governance frameworks across the Transformation Office.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, enhance predictability, and improve delivery quality.

Experience and Skills

 

  • 6–8 years of project/program management experience in a global or matrixed environment. ·        Proven track record delivering complex, multi-stakeholder transformation or operational programs. ·Strong understanding of delivery center operations, capability builds, workforce transformation, or business operations. 
  •  Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and executive presentation skills. · 
  •  Expertise in project management frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid).
  •  Proficiency with PM tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint) ·        Experience in consulting, shared services, global delivery centers, or technology transformation. ·        Exposure to process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).
  •  PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications.
  •  Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a transformation mindset
