Summary

As a Senior Business Analyst you will provide expert support for cross‑functional finance transformation projects spanning Accounts Receivable, Billing, and Revenue Recognition. You will define our requirements, analyzes end‑to‑end processes, and drive system improvements across ERP, CRM, and finance automation platforms. You will be a subject‑matter resource on best practices, allowing scalable and efficient finance operations. You will report: OTC Transformation Supervisor.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation for transformation projects across AR, Billing, and Revenue Recognition, ensuring agreement on functional and system goals.
  • Evaluate and map current finance processes, identifying automation opportunities, control gaps, and optimization solutions using data‑driven assessments.
  • Support system integrations and enhancements, including UAT planning/execution, configuration validation, and rollout of new ERP/CRM or finance automation capabilities.
  • Develop scalable SOPs, process documentation, and training materials for operational teams, ensuring adoption of standardized practices across global finance.
  • Provide project support for large‑scale transformation programs, applying project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall/Lean) to track progress and deliver milestones.
  • Mentor junior analysts, sharing technical expertise, analytical methods, and best practices in process optimization and financial system functionality.

Experience and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in finance operations (AR, Billing, Revenue Recognition) including exposure to upstream/downstream system dependencies.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency, including complex formulas, Power Query, and VBA macro development for process automation.
  • Experience working with ERP and CRM platforms such as Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, or equivalent.
  • Analytical and reporting dashboards with Power BI, SQL, or similar data analysis tools.
  • Practical experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Lean Six Sigma) and participation in system or process transformation projects.
