Sales Support Executive (AU Market)

Role Summary:

This role sits within Experian’s ANZ Sales Operations team and plays a critical part in supporting contract management, customer onboarding, and sales data integrity. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth processes, compliance, and exceptional customer experience.

 

What you’ll need to bring to the role & Experian

  • Strong experience in sales administration and contract management.
  • Familiarity with DocuSign workflows and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication skills for customer engagement and internal collaboration.
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on process improvement and compliance.

 

 

Work that matters - What you’ll be doing

  • Manage ANZ contract creation, renewals, and Docusign workflows.
  • Oversee evergreen contracts, deposits, reconciliations, and “true-ups.”​
  • Handle customer onboarding via Smart Sheets
  • Support NPS/CX program activities.​
  • Providing level 1 Support for Salesforce Support Queries
  • Maintain data integrity by validating opportunity details and ensuring alignment with Sales Support Requests (SSRs).
  • Perform credit checks, Sanctions checks and Industry Watchlist Checks
  • Manage supplier-related admin tasks and RSQs

Experience and Skills

More About You:

  • Possess 3 years+ of experience in sales operations or administration within a corporate environment.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with experience in data management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
  • Knowledge of compliance and governance processes is a plus.
