Quote to Contract Analyst

We are currently looking for a Quote to Contract Analyst who will be responsible for the pro-active support of UK&I opportunities moving from quote to execute, with a focus on commercial adherence to drive CPQ utilization. You will focus on the development, delivery, and maintenance of our innovative pricing and contracting tools (CPQ/SOTI/CLM). These tools will drive informed price decision making and directly impact strategic sales activity. You will report to the Operational Excellence Lead.

What you'll do:

  • Validate Salesforce opportunities and ensure commercial governance from quote creation to contract execution.
  • Provide real‑time guidance to Sales to reduce offline approvals and improve CPQ utilisation.
  • Identify training needs, update documentation, and support process adherence through internal audits.
  • Be a data custodian for pricing tools and support product sign‑off for the UK market.
  • Conduct monthly deal governance reviews and highlight gaps in commercial compliance.
  • Partner with Commercial and Finance teams to ensure pricing and deal structures follow policy and governance standards.
  • Manage and prioritise CPQ workflow cases, including price book updates and delegated admin activities.
  • Support system enhancements through requirements gathering, raising enhancement requests, coordinating UAT, and ensuring CPQ configuration accuracy.
  • Participate in transformation projects as a subject matter expert and maintain data accuracy across CPQ and DAM.
  • Promote CPQ adoption across Sales, analyse usage data, and identify opportunities to improve processes.
  • Lead communication and training on process changes and support integration of newly acquired sales teams.
  • Build collaboration channels across Sales, Marketing, Commercial, Finance, Delivery, Product and other teams.
  • Manage the CPQ demand pipeline and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, identify risks early and recommend mitigation actions, and follow company policies and procedures.

Experience and Skills

What you'll bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Information Systems, or a similar field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3–5 years of experience in Pricing, Sales Operations, Sales Support, Revenue Management, or a similar commercial/operations role.
  • 2+ years hands‑on experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive
  • Experience working with CPQ solutions (e.g., Salesforce CPQ, CallidusCloud, Oracle CPQ).
  • Previous experience in a SaaS, technology, or large corporate environment.
  • Experience coordinating UAT testing, system enhancements, or workflow administration.
  • Excel (can perform complex functions) skills, including data analysis and reporting
  • Fluency in English
