We are looking for a passionate and technically minded Product Owner to join our team in Istanbul. This role will be responsible for driving the development and delivery of key products, working closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and customer needs
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
  • Translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Act as the primary point of contact for product-related decisions and clarifications
  • Monitor product performance and gather feedback for continuous improvement
  • Align product roadmap with strategic goals and market trends
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment

Experience and Skills

 

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or Technical Product Manager
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business language
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in financial services or banking
  • Familiarity with data analytics, APIs, and cloud technologies
  • Certification in Agile, Scrum, or Product Ownership (e.g., CSPO)
