Reporting to the UX Design leadership team, we are looking for a Product Designer who will promote design research and design thinking within our organization. You will collaborate with teams to communicate a compelling vision for user experience. You will understand qualitative and quantitative research data, team goals, and requirements to translate them into functional and intuitive designs. Additionally, you will optimize our products by analyzing user engagement metrics and testing alternative design solutions.

You will:

  • Promote awareness and competence in design research and design thinking across the organization.
  • Translate business goals and user research into innovative and user-centric design solutions.
  • Maximize products by analyzing user engagement metrics and conducting A/B and multivariate testing.
  • Design cohesive digital experiences across several customer touchpoints and platforms (web, iOS, Android).
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other partners to ensure design solutions meet business and user needs.
  • Create prototypes, wireframes, user flows, and mockups that communicate interaction and design ideas.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, and integrate them into our design processes.

Experience and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Visual Design, Interactive Design/UX, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in research, UX, and Product Design.
  • Experience with design and front-end development for web-based media.
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate testing and optimization.
  • Proficiency in designing for multiple devices and platforms (web, iOS, Android).
  • Integrate research, market trends, competitive data, etc., into successful online experiences.
  • Deep expertise across all facets of human-centered design and user experience, including UX strategy, interaction design, user research, prototyping, visual design, and user adoption.
  • Knowledge of Apple HIG and Android Material Design guidelines.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience, and education.
