Marketing Coordinator - Hybrid

Location: Melbourne or Sydney

We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator who enjoys learning, collaborating and making an impact. Reporting to Head of Growth Marketing, you'll support digital marketing, events, CRM and content activity across our A/NZ Growth Marketing team. You'll help keep our systems, data and assets running smoothly so campaigns land with clarity and consistency.

What you'll do

  • Support event planning and delivery, including logistics, asset readiness and post‑event follow‑up.
  • Partner across Sales, Sales Ops and Marketing to maintain accurate CRM data, segmentation and reporting.
  • Contribute to content creation and publishing across web, email, social and other digital channels.
  • Coordinate content calendars and timelines to keep projects on track.
  • Help with reporting, optimisation and post‑campaign insights.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and external partners to help deliver integrated campaigns.

Experience and Skills

What you'll bring

  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1–2 years+ experience in marketing, ideally in B2B, tech or financial services.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and comfort working with data and performance metrics.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain attention to detail and work proactively.
