Lead Salesforce Developer

Experian is looking for a Lead Salesforce Developer to join the Global Salesforce CRM Development Team, delivering enterprise CRM and Quote-to-Cash solutions across multiple businesses and regions.

This is a senior, hands-on Salesforce development role with responsibility for solution design, technical leadership, development, integrations and production support.

You will work across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, Agentforce and enterprise integrations, partnering with Architects, Product Owners, Business Analysts and global delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, agentforce and platform automation.
• Build and support integrations using REST APIs, web services, middleware and event-driven patterns.
• Contribute to solution design, technical architecture, data modelling and integration decisions.
• Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, design reviews, CI/CD, testing and production deployments.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and improve platform performance and scalability.
• Provide technical guidance to developers and support Salesforce engineering standards.

• 10 to 12 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce APIs, Flow, Salesforce security and sharing.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data modelling, governor limits, performance optimization ,agent builder and platform architecture.
• Experience delivering Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions in enterprise environments.
• Experience designing and supporting enterprise integrations using REST APIs and middleware.
• Experience contributing to technical solution design and architecture decisions.
• Strong communication skills with experience working across technical, business and global delivery teams.
