We are hiring for an important role within our Marketing Services Data team. The Junior Data QA Analyst position supports the delivery of high‑quality data products and operational workflows, reporting into the Data Application Manager.

What you will do:

  • Validate data outputs, run test plans, and support production processes with hands‑on data processing tasks.
  • Analyze structured datasets, identify issues, and ensure that data meets expected standards.
  • You'll work closely with senior colleagues to maintain accuracy and consistency across releases and internal systems.

Experience and Skills

What you will bring:

  • Education in a quantitative subject such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics/Econometrics, Informatics, Economics or a related field.
  • Initial professional experience in data processing, QA, or a similar technical role.
  • Fluent English
  • Data validation and interpretation skills
  • Understanding of relational databases (SQL)
  • Proficiency in Excel (lookups, pivots, formulas)
  • Basic coding skills (Python, PySpark, PowerShell or similar)
  • Familiarity with structured data formats (CSV, XML, JSON)
  • Analytical thinking and problem‑solving

Additional skills that would be advantageous:

  • Exposure to ETL concepts or data pipelines
  • AWS knowledge (Airflow, Lambda, EMR Serverless, DynamoDB)
  • Familiarity with version control (e.g., Git).
  • Initial experience in data processing or technical support roles
