Was du bei uns machst:
- Für unsere Kunden bist du die erste Anlaufstelle: Nimmst Supportanfragen an, berätst zu Produkten- und Anwendungen und bearbeitest Reklamationen
- Tickets stufst du ein, priorisierst diese und löst sie größtenteils eigenständig
- Dabei arbeitest du eng mit den anderen Bereichen zusammen
- Unser Monitoring behältst du im Auge und ermöglichst so ein schnelles Eingreifen bei Statusänderungen
- Zudem überwachst du unser Frühwarnsystem zur Erkennung von Systemstörungen
Seit fast zwanzig Jahren ist die 3C Deutschland GmbH der führende Anbieter im Bereich der Schadenprozesssteuerung und -automatisierung in DACH. Über unsere Schadenplattform werden jährlich mehrere Millionen Nachrichten bearbeitet. Die 3C Deutschland GmbH ist der volumenstärkste Nutzer des GDV-Schadennetzes. Unser Support-Team besteht aus 5 sympathischen Kolleginnen und Kollegen. Größtenteils koordinieren wir uns aus dem Homeoffice, hierbei arbeiten wir eng zusammen und unterstützen uns gegenseitig. Einmal monatlich treffen wir uns zu einer gemeinsamen Bürowoche, in der wir den persönlichen Austausch genießen und auch immer ein Teamevent stattfindet.
