Descripción general del área: Tenemos como empresa un desafío importante para contar con nuevos clientes en el segmento estratégico con el objetivo de lograr liderar la participación de mercado en Chile; para ello debemos ir en la búsqueda de clientes en las diversas industrias que estén interesados en los productos, enfocados en entender sus necesidades y ofreciendo la mejor propuesta de valor que nos permita lograr al revenue esperado.
Propósito del cargo:
Encargado/a de realizar la gestión comercial integral desde la prospección hasta la firma del contrato para el segmento estratégico, con el objetivo cumplir con las metas de revenue establecidas y obtener insights de los clientes, necesidades, la oferta de la competencia e identificar potenciales mejoras.
Entregables:
- Generar estrategias comerciales para lograr ventas de nuevos clientes de esta unidad de negocios.
- Generar una lista clara de clientes potenciales a prospectar
- Entregar y disponer en la plataforma de CRM, la información levantada del cliente sobre sus necesidades, contactabilidad, estatus de negociación comercial, oportunidades generadas, contratos concretados y modelo de negocio que permita mejorar su conocimiento, valor agregado y servicios desarrollados en la empresa.
- Mantener e incrementar los ingresos de los clientes de su cartera.
Responsabilidades del cargo:
- Desarrollar relaciones de negocios con tomadores de decisiones en sus distintas áreas
- Desarrollar, proponer y generar una cartera de clientes y/o potenciales clientes.
- Liderar reuniones comerciales, creaciones propuestas comerciales y comunicación con áreas internas que permitan entregar la información requerida en tiempo y calidad.
- Comprender de manera ágil el modelo de negocio de los clientes con el objetivo de internalizar la información necesaria para potenciar la venta de nuestros productos.
- Tener una visión panorámica del mercado potencial, para elaborar planes de priorización basados en la captación por industria y afinidad con el portafolio de soluciones.
- Entender la cadena de valor del cliente, sus principales diferenciadores en el mercado; así como los retos estratégicos incluyendo el comportamiento de sus competidores.
- Cumplir con los procedimientos administrativos relacionados a la gestión comercial
- Cumplir con todas las políticas de Experian.

¿Qué estamos buscando?
- Educacion: Universitaria completa (Comercial, Civil o carrera a fin).
- Experiencia: 3 años de experiencia en posiciones de venta con relación directa a clientes. Experiencia necesaria como asesor comercial en empresas de consultoría tecnológica, servicios intangibles (seguros), Fintech, entre otras afines.
- Conocimientos técnicos requeridos: manejo de procesos con gestión de clientes B2B y ventas de intangibles. Idiomas: Inglés (deseable)
- Competencias: Orientación al resultado y desafíos, perseverancia, flexibilidad, orientación al cliente, comprensión del negocio del cliente, escucha activa, mirada de negocio estratégica, persuasión, tolerancia a la frustración, pensamiento crítico.
