We are looking for an experienced Head of Creative and Content to lead and elevate creative and content across its UK&I Consumer Services Marketing team. You'll manage an experienced team of in-house design, content and copywriting, shaping workflows and delivering standout creative that drives brand impact and customer engagement.

You'll be at the heart of a marketing team moving at pace with a multi-million-pound budget and bold performance goals. You'll create compelling visual experiences across subscription and Marketplace products (like Loans and Credit Cards), helping transform how consumers perceive Experian.

This role is aligned to our office in London and the team work on a hybrid basis with 2 days in the office.

 

Responsibilities:

Creative Leadership & Team Development - Build and mentor a top performing in-house team of designers, content creators and copywriters. Represent the Design & Content function within the Marketing Leadership team, aligning creative priorities with business goals.

 

Brand & Content Excellence - Act as brand guardian, ensuring consistency and quality across all creative outputs, both visual design and tone of voice. Oversee development of campaign assets, social content, CRM templates, and display advertising.

 

Channel-Specific Design Delivery - Lead design and copy execution across key marketing channels: Ecommerce, CRM, Social, and Display. Deliver UX and optimisation assets for Experian.co.uk and logged-in environments.

 

AI-Enabled Creative Operations - Integrate AI tools to streamline production, accelerate versioning, and scale creative output. Collaborate with agency partners to embed AI into workflows and drive efficiency. Define how AI can support and enhance content strategy across channels, including how we use AI to generate, refine, and repurpose content across formats.

 

Strategic Planning & Workflow Management - Manage intake, prioritisation, and resourcing of design requests across the department. Develop briefs, oversee QA, and ensure delivery of high-impact creative.

Experience and Skills

  • Proven design experience, with a strong grasp of how creative execution drives strategic business outcomes.
  • A deep passion for visual storytelling, content creation, and crafting exceptional user experiences.
  • Proven ability to build an internal creative department to deliver high quality creative, design across varied channels such as social, digital, web, video and CRM.
  • Experience working with a global brand team, adapting corporate guidelines to effectively deliver engaging creative and content.
  • Inspirational team leadership, with hands-on experience managing and mentoring experienced designers.
  • Proven experience working with media owners to supply creative assets in required formats.
  • Understanding of latest technology, with a focus on AI, and how to embed it into a team to deliver creative, reduce mundane workloads and efficient processes.
