Job description

Working within Global Operations you will be split 50/50 between Global Innovation and Global Scaling. Instrumental in promoting Global Innovation and Global Scaling activities into Experian's culture and ways of working across the organisation. Partnering with important partners in the business you will implement InnerSource knowledge and training, and defining and rolling out the rebranding of Innovation.

For InnerSource, you will collaborate with partners on projects; lead a matrixed team; analyze InnerSource progress; and oversee development teams for process improvement. Also, you will organize InnerSource events, and content and branding management for the program.

For Innovation, you will work with the Productivity and Pathways Teams to rebrand Global Innovation within Experian and maintain communication and marketing of the team. Other responsibilities will include promotion of events run by the Global Innovation Team. These events will include Hackathon's and Innovation Learning Events requiring liaison with both our teams and external partners.

You will report to the VP of Global Innovation Operations. You will be hybrid in Costa Mesa, CA.

Global Scaling

  • Strategic Partner Collaboration: Partner across regions and departments on projects, including communication plans, event coordination, and presentations for events like Reusability Hackathons, Lunch and Learns, contests.
  • Market Strategy Development: Manage the tracking and reporting of InnerSource project progress, analyse main metrics, and develop dashboard reports for senior leadership.
  • Project, Metrics and InnerSource Oversight: Report on InnerSource project progress, collect and analyse metrics, and create dashboard reports for senior leadership. Analyse InnerSource reports, ensuring technical teams fix anomalies. Manage InnerSource development team to automate reporting.
  • Lead Training: Lead a matrixed global team to plan and manage InnerSource webinars and Elevate trainings, workshops, and events, including logistics, scheduling, badge distribution/tracking and content management.
  • Content and Branding Management: Oversee the creation and organization of internal communication content, manage branding guidelines, and promote InnerSource through multiple channels.
  • Insights and Strategy Implementation: Gather insights on InnerSource users and processes, implement launch strategies, and maintain the InnerSource Confluence/SharePoint pages.

Innovation Team

  • Rebranding of Global Innovation: Create a new platform to promote Global Innovation within Experian. This activity will bring together all three operational teams within Global Innovation to create a 'single front door' showcasing the service offering of the teams.
  • Lead and Promote Global Hackathon: Work with the Global Innovation team and Regional Leads to promote Hackathon's within the organisation.

  • Must have 5+ years of experience working in a similar environment
  • Team Leadership experience
  • Experience with global programs
