You will be a critical partner and advisor to the Financial Services and Data (FSD) department. You will focus on Fraud & ID and Software & Platform lines of business, providing financial planning, analysis, reporting support for Experian North America. You'll influence expense management, strategic investments and support resource allocation.

This is a remote position. You will report to the Director of Finance.

You'll have opportunity to:

  • Assist the planning the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), monthly forecasting and quarterly business updates.
  • Assist the month-end close and monthly forecasting process
  • Manage monthly commissions data input
  • Oversee the reconciliation process completed by accounting shared services
  • Develop P&L analytics to use data and identify insights and opportunities
  • Provide financial modeling support for multiple projects and ad hoc requests. Understand the details while at the same time be able to advise on big picture challenges
  • Develop financial reporting with an eye to streamlining processes and raising the standard for the quality of deliverables.
  • Improve and standardize reporting through new tools, dashboards, and processes to lead scalable insight
  • Build relationships and collaborate across multiple teams to achieve impactful results and provide planning and analysis support to guide financial goals
  • Promote continuous improvement and process efficiency

Experience and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in finance, management consulting, corporate strategy, or similar environment, including FP&A and project management experience
  • Experience distilling financial analyses for leadership teams
  • Experience managing projects end-to-end and getting results, organizing, and prioritizing deadlines
  • Experience communicating analytical findings for a range of different audiences

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience, and education. You will be also eligible for a variable pay opportunity.
