This role works closely with stakeholders to ensure accurate documentation and successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
  • Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist in developing functional specifications and user stories.
  • Support testing activities, including creating test cases and validating results.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate project execution.
  • Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with company standards.

Experience and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in business analysis or related roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proven ability to manage projects and user testing

Preferred skills and qualifications

  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Six Sigma, Scrum).
  • Strong documentation and reporting capabilities are important.
  • Experience with Power BI and create interactive dashboards for data visualization and reporting.
  • Proficiency in Excel automation, including macros, power queries, and advanced formulas.
  • Basic programming knowledge in M, DAX, & VBA
