Experian's Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) business is seeking an Expert Product Manager specializing in automated/AI-driven customer journeys, with 8-10 years of progressive product management experience for our Premium Membership business. You will be reporting to the VP of Product. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your deep expertise in designing and optimizing AI-powered, end-to-end experiences to set the strategic direction for our personal finance product suite, championing innovation that delivers scalable, compliant, and data-driven outcomes for our members.

You will:

  • Drive innovation by being at the forefront of AI-driven experiences in our financial products space.
  • Define and own the vision for automated/AI-driven personal finance management journeys that will solve customer problems and strengthen our paid value proposition in the market.
  • Manage and improve existing our existing paid membership by paying close attention to consumer feedback and product analytics on an ongoing basis.
  • Lead cross-functional product development, coordinating with engineering, design, and business teams to develop new features, manage backlogs, and ensure timely delivery of value to our customers.
  • Oversee integration efforts, managing partnerships and technical integrations with internal and external platforms to expand product capabilities.
  • Enhance internal systems and processes, improving tools, workflows, and automation to support efficient product operations and stakeholder needs.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, partnering with marketing, sales, legal, compliance, and other teams to support go-to-market strategies and ensure regulatory adherence.
  • Drive innovation and scalability, identifying opportunities to implement new technologies, automation, and processes that promote customer satisfaction and retention, product growth and efficiency.

Experience and Skills

  • 8+ years' product management experience, including launching consumer or internal tools in regulated or data-heavy environments.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing AI-driven products, including defining strategies and delivering features that leverage machine learning or automation in consumer finance.
  • Experience with coordinating with data science teams to achieve results.
  • Leadership experience of globally distributed engineering teams, managing delivery pipelines, sprint cadences, and large-scale prioritization.
  • Experience with backend systems, APIs, data workflows, and internal tool development.
  • Experience with collaboration with legal, compliance, engineering, marketing, and business teams.
  • Experience improving quality and reliability through proactive controls and issue detection.
  • Experience with financial services and subscription products is.
