Engineering Manager

• You will be #LI-hybrid based in Hyderabad and reporting to Director Engineering.
• This is Technical Engineering Manager role - You will manage team alongside being Individual contributor
• You will help to form the engineering team for the analytics domain.
• You are responsible for designing, developing and deploying software solutions while leading a small team.
• You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers and project managers to deliver high-quality, scalable and efficient code.
• You will guide the team, set technical direction and ensure successful delivery, fostering a collaborative environment.

• 8+ years– Strong in Python
• Our solutions are cloud-based in AWS or Azure. Python is the principal required skillset, particularly FastAPI. These are managed through CI/CD pipelines
• Team leadership experience
• Experience of the full development lifecycle
• The ability to work with offshore teams from different cultures and background
• Write clean, scalable code, with a view towards design patterns and security best practices
• Experience with maintaining or using pipelines for building & deployment
• Understanding of Agile methodologies
• Azure or AWS development
• Good understanding of application security principles
• Knowledge of containerized solutions, Kubernetes, Docker
• Passion for continually pushing and improving how we build/test/prove our services
